Invitation to the International Pitching: Journalism Partnerships - Register now!

For the first time, the European Union is supporting seven cooperation projects in the news sector with 7.6 million euros. The "Journalism Partnerships" are intended to create a broader, common basis for independent journalism in Europe and to help cushion the upheavals in the industry caused by digitalisation. The funding is part of the EU's "NEWS Initiative".

The Creative Europe Desks from 13 countries invite you to join them next Friday when eight European news initiatives looking for partners pitch their projects!
The projects are to be submitted for the "NEWS - Journalism Partnerships" grant, but still need one or more partners.
You can participate as an audience member, ask questions to the pitchers and network directly.
